At McIvor Mall, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. We currently offer shipping within Canada only.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to addresses within Canada.

International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Canada cannot be fulfilled.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order has been successfully placed.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and handing your package over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that processing times may occasionally take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Total Shipping Time

The estimated total delivery time is:

2–3 business days for processing + 3–5 business days for transit = approximately 5–8 business days total.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

While we work to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional carrier delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can help you check the status of your shipment.

When contacting us about an order, please provide your order number and any available tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
